Faculty

Ashuan Seow

RN, BSc, BHsc, MHN. She is a member of the Training Faculty of The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, Colorado USA, teaching Rolfing internationally and Rolf Movement in Australia. She is a somatic therapist who specialises in body-oriented psychology. Ashuan graduated from the Professional Training in Hakomi Experiential Psychotherapy in Australia and Transpersonal Psychology at The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, Palo Alto California. Currently, Ashuan is a member of the Acute Mental Health Service in the Central Coast Area.


John Smith

BEd, Certified Advanced Rolfer and Rolf Movement practitioner, anatomy instructor for the Australian Rolfing Association, author of Structural Bodywork, Elsevier 2005. John is a manual and movement therapist who specialises in the Rolfing and Feldenkrais approaches. He has taught widely in Australian and overseas, convening workshops in myofascial and other manual approaches. John has a passionate interest in movement and is actively engaged in deepening his understanding of this vital field of somatic exploration. He is currently exploring movement approaches such as Continuum and Contact Improvisation, but is also interested in the work of core stabilisation, that is now seen as so vital in the world of fitness and rehabilitation.
